How to order from our workshop:

If you wish to purchase directly from our workshop located in Birmingham, United Kingdom, simply email us to info@studiokarro.com with item order number, size, color and address and contact telephone number and we will get back to you with your order confirmation and invoice. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Wechat Pay or Ali Pay.  You can also arrange your order collection from our studio in Birmingham. 

All our products are produced in limited quantities per order, so please consider that there may be a waiting list. Since your order has been confirmed, it usually takes up to 4 working days to manufacture your order. If there is delay in the supply chain, we will contact you to let you know that the waiting list has been established. However, if we have not yet started production for you, you can cancel your order at any time. Once the item can be cut and tailored, it will be shipped within 4 working days and at that point your order cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping costs: 

We charge fixed fee of £15 for the packing  & postage. Shipping is free for orders over £200. 

Taxes and customs:

Please note that Studio Karro is based in England, and if your order requires international shipping, 

customers are required to pay their taxes and customs. 

Returns: 

Studio Karro and Comes In Black items can be returned within 30 days. Please note that we do not cover return costs.
